Blessed Yule! On this, the longest night of the year, we stoke the inner fires. We begin with an herbal tea elixir made from Damiana, followed by a short heart-centered meditation. Participants then lie down in their cozy nest for a 75-minute Soundbath. The Soundbath will invoke dreaming by allowing the brain to enter the theta-brain-wave state. This then brings receivers into a quiet place within themselves where they can restore and rejuvenate various internal systems. Awaken refreshed and balanced.
