SUMMARY:New Years Eve Ecstatic Dance w/Colin
DESCRIPTION:We'll build an altar together and begin the evening's journ
 ey with a sensual serving of ceremonial grade cacao. Then you'll lie bac
 k for a sound meditation\, featuring crystal bowls\, voice and more. A
 fter that\, when you're ready\, you'll integrate into the unfolding o
 f your dance!\n\nPlease arrive between 6:45 and 7 PM to add any
  items you like to contribute to the altar then quietly make y
 our spot. Feel free to bring a yoga mat\, blanket and any other
  items that will make you comfortable while sitting and lying on the
  floor during the ritual and meditation.\n\nThe Cacao Ritual and sound me
 ditation will be about 90 minutes in length and the music set will be abou
 t 2 hrs long.\n\nAfter we conclude our dance the festivities will c
 ontinue with Julia's Herbal Elixir Bar (bring a bit of cash) and an opt
 ional potluck - bring some refreshing fruit or a dish you'd like to share
  if you'd like to participate in this part of the evening.\n\nTo ensure we
  have enough space and enough servings of cacao you'll need to buy a ticke
 t for this event. There are 25 tickets available at $30 each. Here's the
