We’ll build an altar together and begin the evening’s journey with a sensual serving of ceremonial grade cacao. Then you’ll lie back for a sound meditation, featuring crystal bowls, voice and more. After that, when you’re ready, you’ll integrate into the unfolding of your dance!
Please arrive between 6:45 and 7 PM to add any items you like to contribute to the altar then quietly make your spot. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket and any other items that will make you comfortable while sitting and lying on the floor during the ritual and meditation.
The Cacao Ritual and sound meditation will be about 90 minutes in length and the music set will be about 2 hrs long.
After we conclude our dance the festivities will continue with Julia’s Herbal Elixir Bar (bring a bit of cash) and an optional potluck – bring some refreshing fruit or a dish you’d like to share if you’d like to participate in this part of the evening.
